In line with the vision of the General Authority for Healthcare Accreditation and Regulation (GAHAR) to spread the culture of quality and safety and build capacity for healthcare quality professionals, GAHAR has launched the Certified Healthcare Facility Accreditation Professional certificate.
Who is the Certified Healthcare Facility Accreditation Professional?
A professional who has successfully passed the GAHAR EGY-CAP examination and became capable of preparing healthcare facilities for accreditation by GAHAR or other accreditation systems, with knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies enabling proper understanding and application of quality concepts, performance improvement, patient safety, human resource management, infection prevention and control practices, patient-centered care, coordination and preparation for assessment reviews, and adoption of participatory leadership model.
